Lost cause?
I heard this week that the White House is looking to push back the president’s State of the Union address to a later date than the scheduled January 26 slot, which networks had worked their programming around. The programs threatened to be pre-empted for this were said to be ‘American Idol’ and the premiere episode of the final season of ‘Lost’.
President Obama, American Idol, and Lost. There’s something to say in there…
But ‘Lost’ fans are saying plenty, because that’s the likely casualty of Obama’s delayed address.
“Fans that have been waiting five years for answers to the plane crash drama’s multiple mysteries are now facing an even longer delay so that Obama can tout the new healthcare law, The Washington Post reports.”
The article is interesting.
But check out the Comments section.
Like the first one:
“I like Obama, but if he airs his state of the union address on 2/2/10 at 9pm. he’ll lose about 15-20 million votes in 2012. Including mine.”
Rahm Emanuel, call your brother.

No respect, these Democrats, really, interrupting Lost, speaking at Notre Dame, messing with doctrine of religions… and worst of all, giving speeches!
