Waiting for Jesus of Nazareth

My book is in the mail, the Pope’s new examination of Jesus, and everything written about it catches my eye. But this one was a nice surprise, a two-fer, because what caught my attention in this post was the title “Did I just say something nice about Commonweal?”, over at Ignatius Insight.

Turns out it was about more good insight into Benedict’s book. Those who know me laugh about all my books lining shelves and stacked on tables, some read and heavily highlighted and others waiting for me to crack open. While, meantime, I’m in the middle of about four at the same time (grab one for the treadmill, one for the chapel, one I’m researching in…okay, maybe two I’m researching….and one for those appointments at which you know you’ll have down time while waiting).

Right now, I’m plenty busy while waiting for Jesus of Nazareth to arrive, but when it does, time out on the rest. New insight on Jesus. I can’t wait.
